If you have followed us for a while you know that a major part of our ministry model is training up teams in different countries around the world that can reproduce the Catalyst System. We spend time training these teams while we’re in country, and we continue to meet with them via Zoom to equip them as they prepare to start new networks or lead catalytic gatherings of their own. I wanted to share 3 stories with you from the past month that highlight this aspect of our ministry.
We just finished up a three year project in Southern Brazil. During that time we led five Catalyst Communities, trained two teams to reproduce the Catalyst System, and supported them as they led two additional Catalyst Communities.
In 2018 and 2019 Joe Wilson and I led Catalyst Communities in Delhi, India. While there we worked to train a regional Catalyst Team, who could incorporate the Catalyst System into their toolbox of training resources. My friend Diwas was part of that team.

We recently led two Catalyst Communities through our newly trained regional teams in Pelotas and Curitiba. You can find those updates at TakingNewGround.org/blog. It turns out that each of our host churches created a video of their event. I’m sharing them below to give you a different feel for the Catalyst Community experience.
Last week I wrote to you about training our first regional team in Southern Brazil in the city of Pelotas. As soon as we finished in Pelotas we travelled to the city of Curitiba, to finish training our second regional team for the country.
